Proces rozvoje a nov\u00e9ho \u017eivota Gruzie za\u010dal 4 roky po m\u00e9m narozen\u00ed, tak\u017ee jsem m\u011bl mo\u017enost \u017e\u00edt v rychle se rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed zemi, kter\u00e1 usilovala o to st\u00e1t se sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed evropsk\u00e9 rodiny.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Such an atmosphere enabled me to think more not about safety and daily living issues (like the past generations), but self-development and long-range goals. I had a view about my future life and career, and that\u2019s how I came to this point today. I have already graduated from Ilia State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. During this period I also attended courses at the University of Glasgow (UK) and Castleton University (USA) and expanded my knowledge in various fields.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Ve sv\u00e9 kari\u00e9\u0159e se v\u011bnuji r\u016fzn\u00fdm sm\u011br\u016fm, nap\u0159\u00edklad medi\u00e1ln\u00ed gramotnosti, filozofii, politice a soci\u00e1ln\u00edmu aktivismu. Miluji v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 d\u011bl\u00e1m, a v\u017edy se sna\u017e\u00edm dos\u00e1hnout v\u00edce. Nejv\u00edce m\u011b bav\u00ed proces v\u00fduky. R\u00e1d p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161\u00edm r\u016fzn\u00fdm mlad\u00fdm poslucha\u010d\u016fm, diskutuji s nimi o d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch a doch\u00e1z\u00edm k z\u00e1v\u011br\u016fm.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m mo\u017enosti v\u00fduky k tomu, abych mlad\u00fdm lidem p\u0159edal nov\u00e9 znalosti, ale tak\u00e9 se sna\u017e\u00edm, aby se z nich stali produktivn\u00ed, rozumn\u00ed a aktivn\u011b sm\u00fd\u0161lej\u00edc\u00ed lid\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

V budoucnu budu hrd\u011b pokra\u010dovat ve sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci s v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmi znalostmi, kontakty a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b s mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmi zku\u0161enostmi, kter\u00e9 z\u00edsk\u00e1m b\u011bhem sv\u00e9ho pobytu v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice. Dobrovolnictv\u00ed je pro m\u011b proces u\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje z\u00edskat nov\u00e9 poznatky, pln\u011b se projevit a pod\u011blit se o sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti s ostatn\u00edmi.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

V b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed jsou takov\u00e9 v\u011bci n\u011bkdy nemo\u017en\u00e9, proto\u017ee jste pod p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdmi omezen\u00edmi a strukturou, zat\u00edmco b\u011bhem dobrovolnictv\u00ed jste flexibiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a ostatn\u00ed v\u00edtaj\u00ed va\u0161e n\u00e1pady a pl\u00e1ny.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Dobrovolnictv\u00ed se v\u011bnuji od sv\u00fdch t\u0159in\u00e1cti let a za ta l\u00e9ta jsem z n\u011bj z\u00edskala jak duchovn\u00ed, tak materi\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnoty. V\u011bt\u0161inou jsem se v\u011bnoval dobrovolnictv\u00ed jako vrstevnick\u00fd pedagog a tato zku\u0161enost mi vydl\u00e1\u017edila cestu k tomu, abych se stal zru\u010dn\u00fdm pedagogem.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Dobrovolnictv\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b nen\u00ed spojeno s vysok\u00fdm platem, ale ze sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti mohu s jistotou \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee vhodn\u011b zvolen\u00e9 dobrovolnick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti v\u00e1m mohou p\u0159in\u00e9st v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed hodnotu ne\u017e plat z b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, o kter\u00e9 n\u011bkdy nen\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1jem. Pr\u00e1v\u011b takov\u00e1 zku\u0161enost (spr\u00e1vn\u011b vykon\u00e1van\u00e9 dobrovolnictv\u00ed) v\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee v budoucnu u\u010dinit konkurenceschopn\u00fdmi pro oce\u0148ovan\u00e9 a \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 pozice.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

D\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d jsem se p\u0159ihl\u00e1sil jako dobrovoln\u00edk, je n\u011bkolik. V prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b se mi l\u00edb\u00ed aktivity, kter\u00e9 doposud d\u011bl\u00e1 moje hostitelsk\u00e1 organizace Petrkl\u00ed\u010d Help, a tak jsem se cht\u011bla st\u00e1t jej\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed a z\u00edskat znalosti a zku\u0161enosti, jak to d\u011bl\u00e1 zku\u0161en\u00e1 organizace, jak hospoda\u0159\u00ed s \u010dasem, lidsk\u00fdmi i materi\u00e1ln\u00edmi zdroji, jak p\u0159ekon\u00e1v\u00e1 ka\u017edodenn\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

M\u00e1m tak\u00e9 svou vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed organizaci, tak\u017ee si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee pobyt zde mi poskytne p\u0159edstavu o tom, jak nejl\u00e9pe v\u00e9st svou organizaci, jak dos\u00e1hnout maxim\u00e1ln\u00edho \u00fasp\u011bchu a jak snadno vy\u0159e\u0161it p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky, na kter\u00e9 v budoucnu naraz\u00edm. Cht\u011bl jsem tak\u00e9 nav\u00e1zat nov\u00e9 kontakty a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it si p\u0159edstavivost t\u00edm, \u017ee budu \u017e\u00edt v nov\u00e9 zemi a cestovat po n\u00ed. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee hodnota \u017eivota v zahrani\u010d\u00ed spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee se \u010dlov\u011bk nau\u010d\u00ed \u017e\u00edt samostatn\u011b, a proto pozn\u00e1, jak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je smysl pro zodpov\u011bdnost. In my career, I have different directions, such as media literacy, philosophy, politics, and social activism. I love the things I do and am always seeking to achieve more. Mostly I enjoy the teaching process. I love giving lectures to different youth audiences, discussing with them important issues, and coming up with conclusions. I use teaching opportunities to give young people new knowledge, but I also try to empower them to become productive, rational, and active-minded individuals. In the future, I am going to proudly continue my work with more knowledge, more connections, and of course much more experience, which I will receive during my time in the Czech Republic. For me, volunteering is a learning process, which enables you to get new knowledge, fully express yourself, and share your experience with others. During the normal job, such things sometimes are impossible as you are under strict limitations and structure, while during volunteering you are more flexible and welcomed by others to have your ideas and plans. I have been volunteering since I was 13 and throughout these years I have received both spiritual and material values from this process. Mostly I have been volunteering as a peer educator and such experience paved my way to becoming a skillful educator. Indeed, volunteering is not connected to a high salary, but from my experience, I can say for sure that properly selected volunteering opportunities can give you more value than the salary from a regular job, which sometimes is not in your real interest. It is such experience (proper volunteering) that can make you competitive for appreciated and successful positions in the future. There are several reasons why I applied to be a volunteer. First of all, I like the activities that my hosting organization Petrkl\u00ed\u010d Help has been doing so far, so I wanted to be a part of it and gain knowledge and experience of how an experienced organization does things, how they manage time, and both human and material resources, how they overcome the daily barriers. I have my educational organization as well, so I think being here for a while will give me an image of how to run my organization in the best ways, how to achieve maximum success and how to easily solve any barriers I face in the future. I also wanted to make new connections and widen my imagination by living in a new country and traveling around. I think the value of living abroad is that you learn how to live independently and therefore you learn how important the sense of responsibility is.
