{"id":2283,"date":"2025-10-28T10:08:22","date_gmt":"2025-10-28T09:08:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.petrklichelp.cz\/?p=2283"},"modified":"2025-10-28T10:08:25","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T09:08:25","slug":"lifelong-skills-for-resilient-youth-a-week-of-teamwork-and-soft-skills","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.petrklichelp.cz\/cs\/2025\/10\/28\/lifelong-skills-for-resilient-youth-a-week-of-teamwork-and-soft-skills\/","title":{"rendered":"Lifelong Skills for Resilient Youth: t\u00fdden t\u00fdmov\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce a soft skills"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve Slatin\u011b (Rumunsko) se ve dnech 10.\u201318. \u0159\u00edjna 2025 uskute\u010dnila v\u00fdm\u011bna Lifelong Skills for Resilient Youth (LSRY) \u2014 s\u00e9rie neform\u00e1ln\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na rozvoj m\u011bkk\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed: efektivn\u00ed komunikace, budov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fv\u011bry a sebejist\u00e9ho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch situac\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Petrkl\u00ed\u010d help, z.s. se zapojila jako partnersk\u00e1 organizace: doprov\u00e1zeli jsme n\u00e1rodn\u00ed t\u00fdm, podporovali komunikaci a p\u0159ipravujeme sd\u00edlen\u00ed vytvo\u0159en\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f s na\u0161\u00ed komunitou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Program LSRY se zam\u011b\u0159il na m\u011bkk\u00e9 dovednosti (soft skills) \u2014 schopnosti, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed l\u00e9pe komunikovat, budovat d\u016fv\u011bru, \u010dinit uv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed a zvl\u00e1dat \u0161koln\u00ed i \u017eivotn\u00ed situace. Pokr\u00fdval komunikaci, time management, t\u00fdmovou spolupr\u00e1ci, kreativn\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed, leadership, organizovanost, etiku, flexibilitu aj. C\u00edlem projektu je vybavit mlad\u00e9 lidi, zejm\u00e9na ty s men\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostmi a NEET, n\u00e1stroji k \u00fasp\u011bchu p\u0159i pohovorech, pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed, pr\u00e1ci s term\u00edny a rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed \u201ena m\u00edst\u011b\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Denn\u00ed program zahrnoval t\u00fdmov\u00e9 \u00fakoly, multimedi\u00e1ln\u00ed aktivity, praktick\u00e9 workshopy, energizery, interaktivn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed a pr\u00e1ci s interaktivn\u00edmi platformami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projekt usiloval o pos\u00edlen\u00ed kombinace soft a hard skills, co\u017e p\u0159\u00edmo podporuje osobn\u00ed i studijn\u011b-profesn\u00ed r\u016fst. Program p\u0159ipravoval \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky na pohovory, tvorbu CV, ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 vystupov\u00e1n\u00ed, t\u00fdmovou pr\u00e1ci a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed konflikt\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u011bkujeme hostitelsk\u00e9mu t\u00fdmu ve Slatin\u011b a person\u00e1lu Hotelu Bulevard Prestige za organizaci a podm\u00ednky, vedouc\u00edm ml\u00e1de\u017ee a facilit\u00e1tor\u016fm za ka\u017edodenn\u00ed podporu a v\u0161em \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm za otev\u0159enost a motivaci.
