Projekt buduje schopnost partner\u016f zapojit se do v\u0161ech geografick\u00fdch oblast\u00ed od m\u00edstn\u00ed a\u017e po evropskou a umo\u017e\u0148uje partner\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed se s nadn\u00e1rodn\u00edmi aktivitami teprve seznamuj\u00ed, aby poznali hodnoty t\u00e9to formy u\u010den\u00ed. Partne\u0159i z\u00edskaj\u00ed v\u00edce pravomoc\u00ed, jednotliv\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci vybran\u00ed partnery budou m\u00edt prosp\u011bch z d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti profesn\u00edho rozvoje. Mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 z partnersk\u00fdch lokalit budou m\u00edt prosp\u011bch z roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9 nab\u00eddky vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed z pilotov\u00e1n\u00ed a zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed nov\u00fdch metodik z\u00edskan\u00fdch ze zapojen\u00ed, sd\u00edlen\u00ed a u\u010den\u00ed se s partnery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u00edlem projektu je zv\u00fd\u0161it odborn\u00e9 znalosti a v\u011bdomosti partner\u016f a \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm nadn\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce umo\u017enit sd\u00edlen\u00ed, u\u010den\u00ed a pilotov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch n\u00e1pad\u016f a prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm aktivn\u00edho \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed poznatk\u016f je sd\u00edlet i mimo partnerstv\u00ed, a to jak na obecn\u00e9 \u00farovni, tak na \u00farovni kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch c\u00edlov\u00fdch skupin (nap\u0159\u00edklad dal\u0161\u00edch poskytovatel\u016f v oblasti ml\u00e1de\u017ee, mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed, politik\u016f, rozhodovac\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zapojen\u00ed pilotovan\u00fdch nov\u00fdch n\u00e1pad\u016f, vyu\u017eit\u00ed nov\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed k roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed nab\u00eddky vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pro mlad\u00e9 lidi na partnersk\u00e9 \u00farovni, rozvoj nov\u00fdch projektov\u00fdch n\u00e1pad\u016f a partnerstv\u00ed k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed udr\u017eitelnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
