Sexismus pat\u0159\u00ed k nejv\u00edce v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fdm poru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00edm lidsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v na\u0161\u00ed doby a je formou diskriminace, kter\u00e1 nej\u010dast\u011bji vede k fyzick\u00fdm, sexu\u00e1ln\u00edm, psychologick\u00fdm nebo ekonomick\u00fdm \u0161kod\u00e1m.\nOdhady nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee v EU za\u017eilo fyzick\u00e9 nebo sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1sil\u00ed 61 ze 185 milion\u016f \u017een ve v\u011bku od\u202f15 let, \u010dili jedna ze t\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O PROJEKTU<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Sexismus je jedn\u00edm z nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f poru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed lidsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v v sou\u010dasnosti a p\u0159edstavuje formu diskriminace, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k fyzick\u00e9, sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed, psychick\u00e9 nebo ekonomick\u00e9 \u00fajm\u011b. Podle odhad\u016f za\u017eila v EU ka\u017ed\u00e1 t\u0159et\u00ed \u017eena (61 milion\u016f ze 185 milion\u016f) od sv\u00fdch 15 let fyzick\u00e9 nebo sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1sil\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b oboj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u010cesk\u00e1 republika se v glob\u00e1ln\u00edm indexu genderov\u00fdch rozd\u00edl\u016f, kter\u00fd sestavuje Sv\u011btov\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 f\u00f3rum a kter\u00fd porovn\u00e1v\u00e1 rozd\u00edly mezi mu\u017ei a \u017eenami v jednotliv\u00fdch zem\u00edch podle ekonomick\u00fdch, politick\u00fdch, vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch a zdravotn\u00edch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed, um\u00edstila na 82. m\u00edst\u011b; It\u00e1lie je na 50. m\u00edst\u011b, Chorvatsko na 59. m\u00edst\u011b, Portugalsko na 37. m\u00edst\u011b, Spojen\u00e9 kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed na 15. m\u00edst\u011b, Francie na 12. m\u00edst\u011b, \u0158ecko na 78. m\u00edst\u011b, Nizozemsko na 27. m\u00edst\u011b, Slovinsko na 11. m\u00edst\u011b a \u0160pan\u011blsko na 29. m\u00edst\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In its annual report, the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights or the Economic Forum states that sexism is already a problem, but will gradually become more and more of a concern in the coming years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b bylo alespo\u0148 jednou sexu\u00e1ln\u011b zneu\u017eito 19 % italsk\u00fdch mlad\u00fdch \u017een, v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice je to 91 %. V Portugalsku a Nizozemsku je tato m\u00edra 32 %, respektive 24 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Greece, 40% of young women have suffered from domestic violence. 19% of young Croatian women were abused by their partner. In\u00a0the United Kingdom, 60% of women have experienced some form of psychological violence in\u00a0their relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11 partnersk\u00fdch subjekt\u016f: Petrkl\u00ed\u010d Help (\u010cesk\u00e1 republika), Burgundy Production (Nizozemsko), Permacultura Cantabria (\u0160pan\u011blsko), ORIEL (It\u00e1lie), Creativity Works Preston (Velk\u00e1 Brit\u00e1nie), Modern Youth Academy (Slovinsko), Check In (Portugalsko), HYP (\u0158ecko), Meraki (Chorvatsko), Paragraf (Francie) PASOS (\u0160pan\u011blsko) se shoduj\u00ed, \u017ee tento stav nelze v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b tolerovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rozhodli jsme se spojit a spole\u010dn\u011b pracovat na sv\u011bt\u011b bez zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed v jak\u00e9koli jeho podob\u011b: diskriminace na z\u00e1klad\u011b pohlav\u00ed, fyzick\u00e9, psychick\u00e9, emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed, sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed nebo osobn\u00ed. Projekt \"Nov\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed sexismu pro mlad\u00e9 lidi\" pom\u016f\u017ee na\u0161im pracovn\u00edk\u016fm s ml\u00e1de\u017e\u00ed a mlad\u00fdm lidem, se kter\u00fdmi pracuj\u00ed, rozv\u00edjet pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje a dovednosti v boji proti spole\u010dn\u00e9mu nep\u0159\u00edteli: ka\u017edodenn\u00edmu sexismu a s n\u00edm spojen\u00e9mu zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Pochopen\u00ed forem zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed ml\u00e1de\u017ee prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm anal\u00fdzy ka\u017edodenn\u00edch jev\u016f sexismu ve spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. V\u00fdm\u011bna n\u00e1stroj\u016f pro odhalov\u00e1n\u00ed ka\u017edodenn\u00edho sexismu a pot\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto druhu zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Vytvo\u0159en\u00ed siln\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b pro mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci v oblasti boje proti ka\u017edodenn\u00edmu sexismu u ml\u00e1de\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
