Petrkl\u00ed\u010d help z.s.\u2019s for almost 18 years has been implementing non-formal education methods in youthwork when it comes to Human rights topics applied through the organization of events including Human rights documentary film festival, Youth exchanges, weekend youth events, Youth Councils. Theme of multiculturality and community development has been cultivated through involvement of young people in organization of the festivals like Cinema on border and The Tea Festival focusing on personal development and promoting healthy lifestyle, tolerance towards other cultures, and respect towards nature, multicultural workshops at Primary and high schools, et<\/p>\n

Participant<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

We are looking for volunteers with no gender, religions or sexuality restrictions. Our main demand is for young responsible people with need for self-fulfilment, self-development and learning. We hope that volunteer is a person who has a positive attitude and interest in being active with motivation to invest time for ideas development as well as dynamic implementation.<\/p>\n

1. Strengthening Cooperation Between Municipalities and the Non-Profit Sector<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Enable young people to express their needs to municipalities and influence youth policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Support youth in implementing their own MINI projects with the guidance of experienced professionals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Develop skills such as financial literacy, project management, and teamwork.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Supporting Cultural Life<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Activate young people and increase their interest in local cultural activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Involve international volunteers in community and cultural events.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Raise awareness about cultural inclusion through international events.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Promoting Non-Formal Education<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Engage young people in education using methods such as LARP, virtual reality, and SilentLab.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Raise awareness about human rights and environmental issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Support youth participation in alternative school programs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          15 MINI projects<\/strong> were implemented across multiple municipalities (e.g., Karvin\u00e1, T\u0159inec, \u010cesk\u00fd T\u011b\u0161\u00edn, Kujavy\u2026).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Young people were involved in organizing festivals and workshops (e.g.,\u00a0One World<\/em>,\u00a0Tea Festival<\/em>,\u00a0Maj\u00e1les<\/em>, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Integration of Ukrainian refugees<\/strong>\u00a0into community life was supported by volunteers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          2. Supporting Cultural Life<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          • \n

            Volunteers from\u00a0Poland, Georgia, Turkey, and Ukraine<\/strong>\u00a0were involved.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Festivals and educational programs were held, with\u00a0more than 300 young participants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Discussions were organized on\u00a0democracy in Georgia<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0situation in Ukraine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Volunteers presented their\u00a0cultures in schools<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
