About:
This Training course aims to transfer emotional management tools to deal with
and overcome situations of gender violence and power abuse. This Training course is the main
activity of the Erasmus+ project: -Y-FIGHT: “Youth FIGHT against power abuse” (2021-2-
LV02-KA220-YOU-000048684)- , and will take place from 7th of May to 16th of May, 2023 in
Penagos (Spain).
The activity’s is to transfer the tools and approaches of emotional management to face gender
violence and power abuse, specially among youngsters. This training aims to provide basic non-
formal education tools on Emotional Management to youngsters and youth workers, mainly while
working with youngsters and vulnerable groups.
