There are free hosting places for volunteers within the
European Solidarity Corps (ESC) for the period from
December 2025 throughout 2026.
🔍 What is the project about?
As a volunteer, you will support the independent living of adults with disabilities in a warm and community-based environment. The activities include:
- Supporting residents in small group homes,
- Helping in the Center for Occupational Therapy,
- Participating in meaningful daily activities and personal development goals,
- Contributing to creative and social inclusion programmes.
You will learn through non-formal education methods and be guided by experienced staff, while developing your own skills, confidence, and sense of solidarity.
👤 Who can apply?
- Young people aged 18–30,
- Motivated to work in the field of disability inclusion and social empowerment,
- Open to learning, cooperation, and intercultural experiences,
- Ready to participate in a 2-month ESC volunteering experience in Skopje.
📌 Key Information
- Location: Skopje, North Macedonia
- Duration: 2 months (short-term ESC)
- Target group: Adults with disabilities in small group homes and in a Center for Occupational Therapy
- Main focus: Social inclusion, independent living support, creative and occupational activities
- Costs: All participation costs (travel, accommodation, food, pocket money, insurance, etc.) are covered within the approved ESC project of the sending structure.
