Building a Living Ecosystem Together
We have the design. We have the space. Now it’s time to build it, grow it and learn from it.
The programme will combine:
- hands-on activities in the Green Learning Space, where participants will help transform a garden design into reality (planting, building simple ecosystem elements, creating habitats for biodiversity, etc.);
- interactive workshops on ecosystem thinking, biodiversity and regenerative agriculture;
- practical sessions on soil, seeds, plants, water and ecological monitoring;
- discussions on how the acquired knowledge and methods can be transferred to the local communities and youth work;
- free time (visit to the city of Zagreb) and me-time.
🌱 Green Learning Space
Participants will work directly in the garden, turning the existing design into a living ecosystem through practical, collaborative activities.
🌍 Main topics
Ecosystem thinking, biodiversity, regenerative agriculture, soil, seeds, plants, water and ecological monitoring.
🤝 Learning approach
The exchange combines practical work, interactive workshops, reflection, discussion and peer learning.
🏙️ Beyond the garden
Participants will explore how the knowledge and methods developed during the exchange can be transferred to local communities and youth work.
