AI Competences in the Digital Job Market

The Erasmus+ KA220-VET project prepares learners and professionals for the practical and responsible use of artificial intelligence. Through a partnership between Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we are developing competence frameworks, training programmes and learning centres for three key sectors: manufacturing, data analytics and management.

Practice-Oriented Learning

We connect theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Our trained educators prepare vocational learners for real-world challenges in the digital environment and help strengthen their competitiveness in the labour market.

About the Project

AI Competences in the Digital Job Market is an ambitious initiative focused on developing key competences in the field of artificial intelligence. We are creating a comprehensive learning ecosystem that includes sector-specific competence frameworks, 18 training modules and four learning centres in the V4 countries.

Our vision is to prepare 600 vocational learners and train 48 educators so they can use artificial intelligence effectively and responsibly in their professional lives. All educational content will be made available as open educational resources for other organisations and schools.
