Brief Explanation of Project:
The project seeks to increase youth participation in democracy and social life by strengthening the capacities of youth workers and providing them with models, practices, and resources to engage young people more effectively, especially in countries with hybrid democracies. It responds to the declining trend of youth engagement across Europe, caused by factors such as lack of trust in institutions and lack of access to information. Youth workers are seen as key actors in making young people active citizens and contributors to a stronger democracy. The project focuses on empowering these youth workers with better tools, practices, and strategies to support youth participation.
