I am a person who always searches for new opportunities, new people to meet and make friends with, new cultures and countries to explore. Saying this I also love challenging myself and stepping out of my comfort zone. These experiences throughout my life have shaped me into a better, more understanding and open minded person. I have an artistic side too which I can express through my creativity.

I think I am a calm person as well, which allows me to access situations without panicking. New friends, new opportunities, new challenges, new experiences. The ability to help others, give without expecting anything in return. It means that I can step out of my comfort zone and become an even more compassionate person.

It means I can give my resources to those who need it and to do some good in the world. It also means I can enjoy new types of food which I love. I have volunteered here and there prior, but I have always wanted to do this long term.

I love volunteering because it’s free of corporate greed and is full of people who are compassionate and want to help others.

I have always had a strong desire to help people and communities, either with my knowledge or my willingness to understand their problems.

As someone who always searches for something new in her life, this was a perfect opportunity for me, to step out of my comfort zone while simultaneously being resourceful for others. I’m in a new country, learning a new language, meeting new people and having new experiences, this couldn’t be more perfect.
