Project Manager – Petrklíč help z. s.
Sampras Femi Robert is a project manager at Petrklíč help z. s., where he leads national and international projects focused on education, inclusion, and youth empowerment. He originally joined the organization as a creative associate and junior project manager and gradually grew into a leading role in the project team.
Sampras is responsible for the end-to-end management of EU-funded projects, especially Erasmus+ initiatives. His work includes developing intellectual outputs, coordinating cross-border partnerships, and ensuring that each project is strategically aligned with Petrklíč help’s mission and long-term impact. He specializes in digital solutions and digitization, managing outsourced teams, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and communities.
Beyond project management, Sampras represents Petrklíč help at conferences and events as a speaker and facilitator, sharing practical insights on digital education, community innovation, and youth engagement. He regularly delivers workshops and guest lectures, connecting academic research with real-world practice.
With a background in business economics and ongoing PhD research in remote work management and AI in education, he brings a forward-thinking, human-centered approach to all his work. Alongside project leadership, he also supports the organization through web development, process automations, graphic design, and multimedia production—making him a truly versatile member of the Petrklíč help team.
Originally from India and now based in the Czech Republic, Sampras combines a multicultural perspective with a strong belief in community, empathy, and innovation as drivers of lasting social change.
